Introduction

Welcome to Docr, an innovative digital healthcare platform conceptualized and operated by Advanced MechIntel Dynamics Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “AMID”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). AMID is a private limited company incorporated and headquartered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Through Docr, we aim to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and patients by enabling seamless, secure, and technology-driven medical consultations and clinic management.

The Docr Platform (the “Platform”) includes all associated websites, web portals, mobile applications, software systems, and related services offered or managed by AMID. The Platform serves as a digital interface that allows:

1. Doctors and registered healthcare professionals to manage their practice, consultations, patient records, and clinic operations efficiently; and
2. Patients to search, connect, and consult verified doctors in their locality or online, thereby improving accessibility to quality healthcare.

Docr functions as a facilitating technology service, not as a medical institution or healthcare provider. The information and tools made available through the Platform are intended to support, not replace, professional medical judgment. All medical opinions, advice, or prescriptions shared through Docr are provided directly by independent doctors registered on the Platform, and AMID shall bear no responsibility for the professional conduct or medical outcomes arising therefrom.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”, “Doctor”, or “Patient”) and Advanced MechIntel Dynamics Private Limited, governing your access to and use of Docr’s services, features, and digital interfaces.

By accessing, registering with, or using the Docr Platform, whether as a doctor, patient, clinic partner, or representative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any part of them, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.

Docr’s objective is to foster transparency, trust, and convenience in digital healthcare. As such, AMID reserves the right to modify, suspend, or enhance features of the Platform at its discretion, provided such changes continue to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

To use the Docr Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the applicable laws of India. By using Docr, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Access to certain features of Docr, such as managing consultations, uploading reports, or viewing patient data, may also require professional verification or compliance with specific medical regulations.

Doctors must hold valid licenses or certifications as required by Indian medical authorities to provide professional medical consultation. Clinics and doctors acknowledge that all consultations must be personally provided by licensed doctors listed on Docr. Clinics may not permit staff or unauthorized practitioners to provide medical services via the platform. Each doctor is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with employment and service rules applicable to their practice.

Patients using Docr must ensure that any information they provide, including medical history, reports, or contact details, is accurate and pertains to them or an authorized dependent.

AMID reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to any user who fails to meet these eligibility criteria, provides false or misleading information, or violates the integrity of the Platform or its associated services.

User Accounts

  • Account Creation and Access

To access most features of the Platform, users must have a registered Docr account.

Doctor Accounts: Created directly by registered healthcare professionals through the onboarding process on the Docr platform.
Patient Accounts: Automatically created by Docr when a doctor initiates a consultation. This ensures that all relevant consultation data, including medical notes, prescriptions, and history, is securely stored and easily accessible.

Upon first login, the patient gains full control over their Docr account, including the ability to manage, review, or delete personal data, view consultation details, and interact directly with healthcare providers.

  • Account Responsibility

    Users are solely responsible for:

    • Maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials;
    • Ensuring that information shared under their account is truthful, current, and complete; and
    • Immediately notifying Docr at info@amidsystems.com if they suspect any unauthorized access or misuse.

Docr shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access, unless such breach is directly attributable to negligence or misconduct by AMID.

  • Account Suspension or Termination

AMID reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account if:

    • False, incomplete, or misleading information is detected;
    • The account is used for unauthorized, illegal, or unethical purposes;
    • Activities conducted through the account violate laws, medical ethics, or internal policies.

In such cases, users may be notified and given an opportunity to rectify the issue before deactivation, unless immediate termination is required by law or security concerns.

Nature of Service

  • Platform Role and Disclaimer

Docr is a digital facilitation platform designed and operated by Advanced MechIntel Dynamics Private Limited (AMID). It connects patients and licensed doctors through online and in-person consultations, record management, and AI-assisted tools.

The Platform itself does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. All healthcare opinions, treatments, or prescriptions are issued solely by independent doctors using their own professional judgment. AMID shall not be responsible for any clinical outcomes, medical errors, or professional conduct of the doctors registered on the Platform.

  • Technology Facilitation

Docr functions as a technology intermediary that provides a secure digital environment for booking, consultation management, report sharing, and communication between doctors and patients.

Features such as appointment scheduling, consultation tracking, and AI-based analysis are meant to enhance the user experience, not replace professional expertise.

  • Use of AI and Third-Party Tools

Certain functionalities within Docr, such as report interpretation, voice transcription, or symptom analysis, may utilize third-party artificial intelligence (AI) tools or APIs. Data may be processed through these services solely for feature-specific enhancement and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By using such features, users acknowledge and consent to the transfer of specific data to third-party AI systems for temporary analysis and output generation. All such data remains securely handled and under AMID’s data governance protocols.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship with AMID

Use of Docr does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the user and AMID. The relationship exists solely between the patient and the independent doctor providing consultation. AMID’s role is limited to offering a digital channel for interaction and record management.

Consultations and Medical Interactions

  • Doctor-Patient Consultations

Docr serves as a digital bridge between healthcare providers and patients, enabling secure and seamless consultations, both online and in-person. All interactions facilitated through the platform are recorded and maintained in accordance with applicable privacy and medical record retention laws.

When a doctor initiates a consultation:
    • The corresponding patient’s Docr account is automatically generated (if not already existing), ensuring all data, including medical notes, prescriptions, and health summaries, is linked and preserved under that account.
    • Patients can later log in to view, download, or manage their consultation data independently. Once logged in, the patient assumes full control over their data and its accessibility.

Docr merely facilitates communication and record management between the doctor and patient and does not interfere with or alter the medical advice provided.

  • Accuracy of Medical Information

All medical information shared on Docr, whether through consultations, prescriptions, or uploaded reports, is the responsibility of the healthcare provider. Docr does not verify or endorse the accuracy of any medical advice or information exchanged between users.

Patients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals and use Docr as a supportive digital tool rather than a substitute for physical medical examination or emergency care.

  • Prescriptions and Reports

Doctors can generate digital prescriptions and upload diagnostic reports directly through their Docr dashboard. These are automatically synced with the patient’s profile for easy future reference.

    • All prescriptions generated on Docr follow the regulatory standards for e-prescriptions in India.
    • Patients can view or download prescriptions anytime, but editing or tampering with the document is strictly prohibited.

Any misuse or alteration of prescriptions outside the Docr platform will be treated as a violation of these Terms of Use and may result in account suspension or legal action.

  • Communication and Follow-Ups

Docr allows secure messaging and follow-up scheduling between doctors and patients. All communication is encrypted and remains confidential.

Doctors may use AI-assisted tools available within Docr, such as report analysis or transcription support, to enhance consultation quality. These tools are assistive in nature and do not override the doctor’s clinical judgment.

  • Liability Disclaimer

AMID Systems (the operator of Docr) is not a medical entity and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform merely facilitates digital connectivity between licensed healthcare providers and patients.

Any medical decision, diagnosis, or action taken by users based on information received through Docr remains their sole responsibility.

Patient Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information

Patients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal and medical information while using the Docr platform. This includes their name, contact details, medical history, and any other relevant health-related data.

Any misinformation, omission, or false representation may lead to misdiagnosis, inappropriate treatment, or suspension of services. Docr and AMID Systems shall not be held liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by patients.

  • Account Access and Use

Patient accounts are automatically created when a doctor initiates a consultation for them. Upon first login, patients assume full ownership and control of their Docr account and associated medical data.

Patients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify Docr at info@amidsystems.com in case of any unauthorized access or suspected misuse of their account.

  • Appropriate Use of Platform

Patients must use the Docr platform strictly for legitimate healthcare purposes. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or misuse the platform, including but not limited to sharing false data, impersonation, or harassment of healthcare providers, will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

Patients are also expected to maintain respectful communication with doctors and support staff at all times.

  • Medical Compliance

Patients are encouraged to follow medical advice provided by their respective doctors during consultations conducted on Docr. The platform is not a substitute for emergency medical services or hospital care.

In case of any worsening symptoms, patients should immediately seek in-person medical attention or contact emergency services. Docr cannot be held responsible for outcomes arising from the patient’s non-compliance with prescribed treatment or medical advice.

  • Ownership and Control of Data

Once logged in, patients have complete control over their medical data, consultation records, and uploaded documents. They may view, download, or delete data as permitted under Docr’s data retention policies.

However, deletion of certain data may restrict access to ongoing consultations or prevent retrieval of past medical records. Docr recommends patients download important records before requesting deletion.

Payments and Fees

  • Payment Overview

Docr currently facilitates appointments and consultations between doctors and patients. While the platform supports digital record-keeping and management, **payment processing is currently handled manually**.

All payments for consultations or subscriptions are to be made **directly to the personal bank account of the platform administrator** (until integrated payment gateways are introduced). Users will be informed of official payment instructions through verified communication channels.

  • Platform Fees and Subscriptions

Doctors and patients may be subject to annual or periodic subscription fees depending on the type of service or feature they access.

    • Doctor Subscription: ₹12,000 annually (subject to change as per updates).
    • Patient Premium Plan: ₹6,000 annually or ₹1,800–₹2,000 quarterly, including specific benefits like free consultations or wellness plans.

Future upgrades such as AI features, custom clinic add-ons, or franchise integrations may carry separate pricing as communicated via official Docr channels or the AMID Systems website.

  • Manual Payment Disclaimer

Since online payment integration is not yet available, users are advised to carefully verify payment details before initiating transactions.

Docr and AMID Systems shall not be responsible for payments made to unofficial sources, incorrect accounts, or fraudulent intermediaries. Users must confirm payment instructions through official emails ending with info@amidsystems.com only.

  • Future Payment Integration

Once integrated, payment processing may be handled through secure third-party gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or similar providers). These gateways will collect limited transaction-related data as per their own privacy policies, accessible to users before completing any payment.

Docr will continue to ensure compliance with data protection laws when such integrations go live and notify users of any changes to payment handling or associated terms.

  • Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of AMID Systems based on the validity of the claim and the payment mode used. Users requesting refunds must provide sufficient transaction details and proof of payment.

Cancellations of consultations or subscriptions are subject to Docr’s internal policies. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Taxation and Legal Compliance

All payments are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law. Users are responsible for ensuring that their transactions comply with any regional tax obligations or reporting requirements.

AMID Systems reserves the right to update its pricing structure, introduce payment gateways, and modify its fee policies at any time. Any such changes will be communicated clearly through the platform or via registered user email IDs.

  • User Content and Contributions

Users may upload certain content such as profile photos, clinic details, reports, consultation notes, and media files. AMID does not claim ownership over any user-submitted content but reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any material that violates intellectual property laws, medical ethics, or internal platform guidelines.

  • Trademarks and Branding

“Docr,” its logo, iconography, and associated brand assets are proprietary trademarks of AMID Systems. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly forbidden.

Doctors enrolled under the Docr franchise or partnership model may be granted limited branding rights through written authorization. Any misuse of such assets may result in termination of agreements or legal action.

  • Third-Party Content

The Docr platform may display content, logos, or information belonging to third parties such as AI providers, medical databases, or hosting services (e.g., Google Gemini, STPI servers, Vercel, Hostinger). All such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Docr and AMID Systems make no claim of ownership over any third-party IP integrated into the platform.
